LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR RESIDENTIAL (NON-COMMERCIAL) USE: This saddle is warranted against defects in workmanship of materials, under normal use, to the original owner for the useful life of the product. Ladder Lockdown, LLC will replace or repair at its option any units subject to this Lifetime Limited Warranty. Under all circumstances, Ladder Lockdown’s maximum liability under this limited warranty will be limited to the purchase price paid. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness. Ladder Lockdown, LLC will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use of the product or any defect in the product or otherwise except to the extent that this limitation is precluded buy applicable law.
